Terms of Service
Plain-English summary. PeriFlow is a wellness app, not a medical device. Subscriptions are 7-day free trial then $9.99/month or $79.99/year, auto-renewing until you cancel in your device's subscription settings. You can delete your account any time.
1. The agreement
These Terms govern your use of the PeriFlow mobile app and periflow.io. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 to use PeriFlow. By using the Service you represent that you are at least 18 and using it in compliance with applicable laws.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time: Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account.
4. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own, for personal non-commercial use only. All content and code remain our property.
5. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
Free tier: cycle phase tracking, period logging, basic symptom journal — free indefinitely.
Premium: phase-matched meals, fasting timer, wellness exercises, heatmap, personalisation engine, clinical export, cloud sync.
Free trial: 7 days. Add a payment method via Apple or Google — no charge if cancelled before trial ends.
Pricing: Monthly $9.99 USD · Annual $79.99 USD (≈$6.66/month). Auto-renews each period until cancelled. Local pricing is set by the App Store and Google Play and may vary by country; the price you are charged is the one displayed at checkout in your store.
Cancellation: iPhone/iPad — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PeriFlow. Android — Google Play → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → PeriFlow. Access continues to period end.
6. Refunds
Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: Google Play refund instructions. For unusual cases email hello@periflow.io.
7. No medical advice
PeriFlow is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for guidance specific to your individual health. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services.
8. Your content
You retain all rights to your content. You grant us a limited licence to store and sync it to operate the Service. We will never sell your content or use it to train ML models.
9. Prohibited uses
Do not use the Service unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer the app, disrupt the Service, or resell access.
10. Availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
11. Changes
Material changes to the app or these Terms will be notified in-app or by email with reasonable advance notice.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these Terms.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months or £100/$100/€100. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumer mandatory rights in your jurisdiction are not affected.
