PeriFlow is a cycle-synced wellness companion for women in perimenopause. It tells you what phase of your cycle you're in — even when your cycles are irregular — and adapts what to eat, when to fast, and how to move accordingly.

Most health apps treat the body as if it runs on a flat schedule. Eat this many calories. Fast this many hours. Do this workout. But during perimenopause, your body cycles through three distinct hormonal phases each month, and the same advice that helps in one phase can actively backfire in another.
