I haven't received my sign-in email.

Magic-link emails usually arrive within 30 seconds. Check your spam folder, then try again — typos in email addresses are the most common cause. The email comes from a periflow.io address.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone / iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PeriFlow → Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → PeriFlow → Cancel Subscription.

You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you won't be charged.

How do I delete my account?

Open PeriFlow → Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. We'll ask you to confirm twice, then wipe everything — your account, cycle history, symptom logs, journals, fasts, and meals — from our servers within seconds. Backups are purged within 30 days.

If you no longer have access to the app, email hello@periflow.io with the subject line "Account deletion request" and include the email address associated with your account. We'll delete it manually within 30 days.

Will my data follow me to a new phone?

Yes, as long as you've signed in with an account. Sign in on the new phone with the same email or social provider and your data will appear automatically.

I think I've spotted a bug.

Email hello@periflow.io with: your device model, iOS/Android version, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead. A screenshot or short screen recording is helpful.

Is PeriFlow medical advice?

No. PeriFlow is a wellness app, not a substitute for medical care. The phase descriptions, meal guidance, and symptom observations are educational. For anything specific to your individual health, please talk to a qualified clinician.

Where is my data stored?

On servers in Ireland (EU). Encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell it or share it with advertisers. Full detail in the Privacy Policy.
